When you register for an account, you will
gain access to a wealth of information and contacts. I hope we can learn more about
our wonderful Swalberg ancestors, and how all of us are related. I know we come from Sweden
and were originally named Svalberg (I've been told by a Swedish friend that it is
pronounced Zval-berry in Swedish). The V was changed to a W by Carl August Swalberg, Sr.
Carl August Swalberg, Jr. came over from Sweden and settled in Gunnison, Utah. He and his
wife had nine children that I know of. Now Swalbergs are all over Utah, as well as
California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Michigan, and Kansas. I'm sure they are in
other states, too. It would be great to hear from some of you!
